Capture the full potential of brand licensing

Held in the months leading up to BLE, attendees are mentored by the best in licensing and pushed to their limits through a non-stop programme of seminars, workshops, one-to-one sessions and live events.

Collaborating across categories, skillsets and nationalities, each attendee will leave with a greater sense of the licensing industry's evolving trends, challenges and the ability to make informed decisions when securing new licensing deals and brand partners.

The free CPD accredited programme is worth £499 per delegate and culminates in attending the show in October.

The Retail Mentoring Programme is organised by Brand Licensing Europe, the definitive pan-European event dedicated to licensing and brand extension.

An all-day session that includes an overview of the licensing industry, networking opportunities and much more.

Delegates spend a day shadowing licensors to gain insight into their day-to-day, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

An all-day session to provide attendees with a more in-depth understanding of licensing - from the trends and challenges to explanations of key terms.

Retailers join the entire licensing industry under one roof to meet licensors, secure new deals and discover the biggest trends set to hit the market in the next 12-18 months.

Retailers explore hundreds of licensed products across a range of product categories to help judge the "best" and undertsand what leads to licensing success.

Your visit to Brand Licensing Europe:

Brand Licensing Europe is Europe's biggest event dedicated to licensing. An integral part of this success is the recognition of the increasingly important role that retail plays in all aspects of licensing. Licensing presents a wealth of opportunity for retailers, but for those who are new to the industry, it can be difficult to know where to start.

BLE created the Retail Mentoring Programme to help junior buyers make more informed decisions when considering licensing opportunities from across the whole industry.

What other retailers are saying...

"Licensing has always been a hard task to train people on and a hard task to delegate, meaning it’s always been performed by the senior management team, who aren’t able to devote the correct level of attention to it. With the introduction of the Retail Mentoring Programme, we now have three team members who are better informed, trained and qualified in licensing than we as a senior team ever have been. We’re already seeing a more empowered approach to licensing and one of our delegates, James, has already signed two new licenses that wouldn’t have been possible had it not been for his participation in the programme.."
